2:24 pm: Tim Dougherty is on the clock contemplating the first overall pick.
2:25 pm: Tony asks what kind of shirts we are getting for this year, long before teams have even been picked and named. Horse slyly, under his breath, calls Tony and idiot.
2:27 pm: Trill and Doc enter the war room together, call Matt in, and make it known that the two are trying to work out a trade.
2:28 pm: Tim leaves the war room and announces that there is no trade. Doc is back on the clock.

Insane?
2:31 pm: Jon Hart discusses his idea to build a scoreboard, which didn’t work out.
2:32 pm: With the second overall pick of the 2008 TFL Draft, Mike Trill selects Lineman Keith Cottom. Nobody is surprised, and this pick is not addressed in great depth. Tuna screams, reminding Trill what he had done to him the year before.
2:33 pm: The TFL members reminisce about the time we stuck a chicken in Trill's House. This act was not only funny, but also humiliating to Trill being that he is an adamant member of PETA.
2:35 pm: With the third overall pick in the 2008 TFL Draft, Mike Trill selects Lineman Tony Laughlin. Tuna is incredibly pissed with this choice since he thought against all odds that his girth would put him within the first three competitors picked.

2:40 pm: With the fifth overall pick and the first pick of the third round, Mike Trill selects WR/DB Matt Marcelli. Matt, obviously proud of himself, slaps hands with those close to him and grins ear to ear.
2:42 pm: With the sixth overall pick in the 2008 TFL Draft, Tim Dougherty selects WR/QB/DB Paul Middleton. Many of the people present at the draft question Doc’s motives, and wonder if he will be playing line himself this year.

WR?
2:46 pm: Tony yells into the war room to taunt Doc and Trill responds with a very gallant and satisfying laugh, knowing Tim is in trouble.
2:47 pm: With the eighth overall pick and the last pick of the fourth round, Tim Dougherty selects WR/DB Mark Marcelli. Mark is very upset about being selected for Tim’s team.
2:48 pm: With the first pick of the 5th round, Mike Trill selects WR/Lineman/DB Kevin Rayer. Most of the group though that this pick would go to Crooks, but to the surprise of the group, Trill goes with Kevin Rayer.
2:50 pm: Horse takes time to talk about his job, where he has football catches with Ridley legends John Waller and Dennis Decker. We all assume Sean looks disgusting.
2:51 pm: With the last pick of the 5th round, Tim Dougherty selects WR/DB Rich DiNofia. Everybody is speechless. Tony decides that due to Doc’s horrible picks, that Trill’s team, which Tony is a member, will be called “The Tombstones”. He claims that after himself, Hart, and Cottom kill Doc, they will have to lay one over his grave.
2:52 pm: With the first pick of the 6th round, the 11th overall pick, Mike Trill selects WR/DB Chris Crooks. This pick has let Trill monopolize the size and speed of the draft.
2:54 pm: With the last pick of the 6th round, Tim Dougherty selects ?/?/? Ian Hart. Questions about what position Ian will be playing in this year’s draft loom amongst the competitors.
2:58 pm: With the first pick of the 7th round, the 13th overall pick, Mike Trill selects WR/DB Sean Kelly. Sean puts a big “Roll Tide” smile on his face, and Tony dubs Horse “Captain Jack Sparrow”.
3:00 pm: With the 14th overall pick to end the 7th round, Tim Doc selects, and I quote from Tim, "Offensive Lineman Bill Pohlig." And to quote Bill Pohlig, “Oh Shit.”

Irrelevant
3:02 pm: Matt walks out with the final two selections of the draft. Mike Trill selects WR/DB Joe Doubet 15th overall, and Sideline All-Star Tom Orio falls to Tim Dougherty’s squad.
