He makes the right in front of Milmont Pizza from Milmont Ave onto 7th Ave. A group of 6-7 fifth graders are walking down the street. They see Crooks drive by and, in unison, all go "RAUUUUUUUUUUUUUL!!!!!!" We were cracking up.

| Posted By: Crooks 11/16/09 at 05:08 AM | I hate to correct Matt, but we were making a left onto 7th Ave from Milmont (Milmont Pizza was on our right hand side), and yes, a group of about 7 elementary/middle school kids who were standing on the corner all screamed "Raaaauuuuuuul" as we made the left hand turn. Our windows were down so we could hear them really well, and a few of them pointed right at me. Matt was wearing a Phillies hat, and, if I were wearing it, I think I could have gotten out of the car and signed autographs. What Matt missed was that on the way home from his house I passed the kids again, but they were a bit farther from me than the first time, and they all pointed a second time. |
