We were discussing what would make up the list if were to add another article to our Top 10 lists: Top 10 Hits in TFL history. I figured I would sit here and basically talk to myself since no one posts on these message boards anymore, but regardless, here are some of the best hits off the top of my head... * Mark on Trill - Turkey Bowl IX Thug U offense was going from Michigan towards Grace Park. Trill was playing quarterback. Mark blitzed. Trill hung in there and delivered a TD to Rayer but got LEVELED in the process. Kudos to Trill for hanging in the pocket knowing he was gonna take a hit. * Crooks on Horse - Turkey Bowl VIII Horsey was open down the sideline but Dougherty over threw him. Crooks came in to clean him up. Evidence HERE * Derek on Trill - Turkey Bowl VIII Derek had the ball. Trill came up to try and tackle him. Derek was the one who delivered the hit. Evidence HERE * Mark on Doc - Turkey Bowl VI Dougherty was out in the open field for some reason, so he must have caught a pass. Anywho, he was running down the sidelines. Mark came slicing in low and under cut the shit out of him. Sending him tumbling over, and taking out Hart (who was chasing the play) in the process. Evidence HERE I've got some more that I can think of, but I don't want to use them all up. What have you guys got? Get at me? (I'll be answering my own question in t minus 3 hours when nobody else responds) |

Mark hit me last year and broke my thumb and pointer finger. I had evidence of it when I took a picture and sent it to Mark, and I was wearing a splint on both those fingers for the few weeks afterwards. He low bridged me and wrapped me up at the same time, picking me up and driving me into the ground. It was an open field tackle too. Mark just hits people. I also got drilled by Tuna on a block that, incidently, ripped my Thug U jersey clean off my body. Middleton will remember this one. It was last year. LU was on the goal line. Hand-off to Derek. I rushed in and tackled Derek in the backfield. I use the word tackled lightly. I ran into Derek, Derek pummeled me, then tripped over my corpse and didn't make it into the end zone. |

Trill you must have elastic in your knees because it looks like you got your shit torn up in 3 places. A couple more... * Cottom on Bill - Turkey Bowl VII Cottom chased Bill down, out of bounds. Then you can't really see it because the video cuts off, but he finishes him off and swallows him into his gargantuan body well out of bounds. Probably should have been a flag. Evidence HERE * Mark on me - Turkey Bowl VI I was running a simple crossing route from the development sidelines towards Notre Dame. Doc threw a terrible ball and I had to jump to stop myself and I was basically hanging in mid air like a sitting duck. Mark came up and popped me. It was right around mid field because I remember hitting my head on a hard patch of dirt, right around where the goalie box is. "Funny" part about this story is that Doc fully admits he threw an awful pass and that it was his fault that I got hit; yet he still finds a way to break my balls. |
