1. Timing Issues
Still no consensus here. We need to agree upon:
• Kickoff time
• Half length
• Half time length
• How to stop teams from blatantly stalling
My suggestions are... 9:45 kickoff, hour and 45 minute halves, 15 minute half time, just don't be a dick (and if peeps do start stalling count off a Mississippi)
2. Pre-game Party/Tourney
Right now the only thing we know for sure is that the party is at Rayer's house. Things still up in the air:
• Start time
• 10 or 6 cup
• Single or double elimination
• Team or individual
• Bounce?
I say... 8:30 start, 10 cup if its single elimination, 6 cup if its double, wait until we see the turn out before we determine teams or not, and bounce=2 cups
3. Post Game Party
The TB after party will be held at Hart's house this year. Located in lovely Folsom, PA. Keep your ears open at the field on game day for a start time.
4. T-Shirts
T-Shirts are in the mail. At the time of writing this they were in New Stanton, PA and should be here either tomorrow or Wednesday. Just like last year, they are $15 a piece. Click here for a larger view of the design.
And before anybody asks; CoCo is some guy that works with Hart. He generously offered to donate $500 to HEADstrong Foundation if we put his name on the t-shirts, so thats exactly what he got. 5. Speaking of HEADstrong
Ticket sales have become somewhat stagnant recently. As of right now I have 192 tickets in my possession; which translates to a $480 donation and a prize breakdown of $240/$144/$96. We set a goal of 400 tickets, and even though we are only half way there and its 3 days before the game, from what everyone is telling me it looks like we might meet that goal.
6. Annual Toy Drive
Not sure if everyone is aware of this but the toy drive is still on as always. Now quit your bitching and go to Wal Mart and drop $10 on a toy.

pre-party- i will not be able to get there until 10 because i have work. i agree with 10 cup single and 6 cup double, and bounce= 2 cups unless more are knocked over in an attempt to block.
i have given you some tickets already and have sold more. possibly like 20 more or so. did we decide to have the final collection at the post-party due to possible sales to family members at dinner??
